One would think that the local plant would do something about this--no way. They just keep turning them out. This repair shop is doing most of its business repairing almost new mower produced less than 5 miles from the shop. But expensive equipment needs to be repaired. If it needs to be repaired, factories need to stock parts. Plus people need to take it in for repair. Training, repair manuals, warranty certification programs, all that cost.
