Unlike Level 1, you must pay your citation in full prior to filing for a Level 2 hearing. If you win your hearing your citation payment will be refunded. If a request for a Level 2 hearing is not filed by the date indicated in the administrative review decision letter postmark date accepted , the Level 1 decision will be upheld and become final.

If you are not safisfied with the Level 2 administrative hearing decision you may further appeal your case through a court of law within thirty calendar days from the date of the mailing of the Level 2 administrative hearing results letter.

If a notice of appeal is not filed with the court within thirty calendar days, the Level 2 administrative review decision will become final.

Step 4: Once you have completed your service hours, you should see your hours posted on your BullSync account. You are responsible for completing your service hours by the deadline.

If a volunteer activity is cancelled for any reason, or spaces fill up, you are responsible for finding another opportunity to fulfill your requirements. The class will be offered online through Canvas. When a student submits their first appeal within days of issuance they can indicate that they wish to enroll in the class. The Appeals Mediator will schedule the student for the class in Canvas and send an email to the student with a deadline to complete the course and quiz.

Attach any supporting documents to your appeal. Only those persons or departments responsible for incurring the citation or the registrant of the vehicle cited may appeal a citation. Those dissatisfied with the decision of the appeal mediator, can request a final appeal.

Final appeals may be made either in person to the appropriate committee oral argument not to exceed five minutes , or in writing on the appropriate form or web-link.
