Our bars feature an exclusive selection of small label whiskeys and many other varieties of alcoholic and non-alcoholic libations as well as carrying the distinction of being able to offer several whiskeys on tap. It's a shame too since Kumas is one of my favorites. Will reconsider ordering anything from there or Grubhub again. I love Kuma's and am so excited it's open again.
I don't feel comfortable eating in restaurants yet so Grubhub is a perfect option for me. But the food was like 25 min late, and the stuff I asked to not be on my food was there anyways.
I ate it cause it's so expensive but it was not a good experience. The restaurant was fine, the food was just delivered extremely late. Ordered arrived extremely cold and unsafe to eat. Grub hub driver had to wait a long time for food, so i was told.
Short but sweet: Kumas is always on point and consistent with quality. The driver contacted me as soon as he dropped off the food, which I really appreciated.
The last few drivers never told us when they dropped off the food even though we asked them to. The food arrived a bit early which was great, and was packaged perfectly! Very pleased!! A great delivery. Believe mishap was on Kumas fault. Got extra food, but no drink ordered. Value in food gotten vs lost is positive to my side.
Kuma's is amazing! We were craving their mac and cheese and slayer fork and knife burger!!! These are the best burgers in Indianapolis. Order one if you want to live deliciously. I absolutely love this restaurant and I am glad they are back open.
Food was excellent, but we got the wrong side with the burger. Food arrived quickly and was delicious! Driver was courteous and followed the drop off instructions perfectly.
My issue was not with the restaurant, but with my delivery driver. As always Kuma's is amazing and my food was delicious. Have dined in and had our food to go at Kuma's Corner before, and the food has always been great. This is just the first time having it delivered. The food is delicious but they never give us the side of fries that cons with tuber slayer burger or the ketchup that I pay extra for. Very frustrating. Burgers are huge and delicious!
Mac and cheese was also really good! The food was good the water was delayed multiple times taking it An hour to get delivered so the food was cold. Again the order was wrong.
